The wider landscape design and masterplanning for a farmed estate in Sussex where we are treating the gardens and wider landscape with the same sensitivity to biodiversity and sustainability.

The wider project focuses our knowledge of ecological enhancements and farming practices to create a resilient landscape which will thrive as both a working farm, a restored floodplain and a haven for a wide variety of species of flora and fauna, using baseline surveys to chart the progress of the estate. An historic but disused section of river and its floodplain meadows will be reconnected to their watercourses, using nature-based restoration approaches.
